WELCOME TO MY WORLD

Hey there! I’m Jessica, but most people call me Jess. I am a Korean-American mom, wife, sister, daughter and former corporate pro turned full-time realtor and property investor. I created this space to share my experiences and stories both in life and real estate — ones that are too long or too beautiful to simply share on just social media.

Before my career in real estate, I worked as a corporate PR manager for Fortune 100 companies for 10+ years. I met people from all over the world, and my love for different cultures, languages and food led me to travel to 20+ countries, work abroad in London, and even get married in Greece. Although I've always thought I'd move and live abroad, my husband and I ultimately made Atlanta our home so that we could raise our daughter and three dogs close to family. We love the culture and diversity Metro Atlanta offers, as well as the variety of restaurants, parks, and outdoor activities.

One of the reasons why I transitioned into real estate is because I have always loved home design. I recently did a full interior renovation of my dated 2001 home and now eagerly scoping out new opportunities to renovate another home or investment property. Another reason I entered real estate is because my goal is to retire early with passive income (...I mean, this is everyone's goal right?). I know I can achieve this goal through real estate. To date, my husband and I have purchased several properties as investors including a shopping center and multifamily complex.

If I’m not doing real estate things, I’m probably chauffeuring my daughter to her activities, running or working out, traveling, or trying out a new restaurant with my sisters. My hope is that through my experiences, I can help someone, somewhere in the world — whether it's by assisting with a real estate transaction or just sharing insight from my everyday pursuits.
